10 Yearly Rebuilds
Vision Hydraulics have currently completed over 10 rebuilds with the majority of the rebuilds being conducted on crane borers, both Proline and Ozzy, with further rebuilds including VLC cranes and telescopic cranes.
Our rebuilds are conducted to the highest quality assurance scale ensuring that the sections of the plant are dismantled, sandblasted and crack tested. This allows for the identification of any underlying issues that can't be seen from the outside, with any issues found certifiably repaired by specialised welders. All hydraulic components are checked for serviceability and resealed. The plant is then painted to the customers specifications and reassembled and tested.
The final result has been referenced to having "A brand new machine" by some of our customers.
All 10 yearly rebuilds are inspected and certified by an inspection engineer and signed off with a crane safe certificate.*
